Really simple and easy to book viewings and MW were very accommodating when we wanted to take our parents to look at our first potential home once our offer had been accepted. As much as you can research and read about the house buying process online/find out from friends, it was really helpful to have someone with a wealth of experience on your side prepared to help out with the (annoyingly slow) solicitors and make sure you're asking the right questions.
